I set this company up to do one thing properly, give honest whole of market mortgage and protection advice that actually fits people’s lives. Whether you’re buying your first home, re-mortgaging, looking at buy-to-let, commercial finance or protection, we’ll search the market properly and talk you through it in plain English.
When I’m not at my desk, you’ll usually find me out walking my dog Darcy, firing up the BBQ, or heading for a walk in the mountains if I am lucky.
Ella Harwood
With a decade of experience in the finance industry, I bring a strong foundation of knowledge and practical insight to my work as a mortgage broker. I focus on clear advice, practical options, and a process that feels straightforward rather than overwhelming.
Outside the office, I’m a dedicated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner. The discipline, problem-solving, and steady progress that come with training on the mats are the same qualities I bring to every client conversation.

As Chief Motivational Officer, Darcy’s responsibilities include greeting visitors, supervising meetings, conducting regular office patrols and encouraging staff to take well-deserved breaks throughout the day. Her approachable nature, excellent listening skills and commitment to employee happiness make her one of the most popular members of the team.
When she’s not overseeing operations from her preferred spot in the office, Darcy can usually be found enjoying walks, accepting compliments and reminding everyone that a positive attitude is just as important as productivity.
